1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Row1, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Row1 is a gamified flight tracking application that allows users to log flights, earn XP and badges, compete on leaderboards, and share achievements. The app uses a verification system to validate flight activity but does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Row1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to falsify flight data or attempt to cheat the verification system, use automated tools or bots to interact with the service, harass other users or engage in abusive behavior, attempt to manipulate leaderboards through fraudulent means, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Row1 offers free and Elite tiers. Elite subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective app store. Refunds are handled by the app store per their policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Row1, its logo, design, and content are owned by Row1. User-generated content (flight logs, profile information) remains yours. By using the app, you grant Row1 a license to display your public profile and rankings. Badge designs and game mechanics are proprietary.
7. Third-Party Disclaimer
Row1 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, or any other airline or travel brand. Airline names and IATA codes are used for identification purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Row1 is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for flight data accuracy, verification system results, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of Row1 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Row1, you consent to the collection of anonymous product analytics data (such as feature usage, screen views, and interaction events) through third-party analytics services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
